I just took my two year old here for extensive work. He had 8 cavities (I feel terrible about this) and had to go under general anesthesia. Dr. Sara was so sweet. She called me ahead of time and chatted over the phone with me to answer any questions. She also spent a lot of time with us before the procedure and after the procedure. Her receptionist/assistant Emily was really helpful too. She kept me updated during the procedure, letting me know what was going on back in the operating room. The dental anesthesiologist, Dr. Hanna Kim (Smile Anesthesia) was phenomenal as well. They treated me and my son like family and it was just what I needed to ease my nerves of putting him under general anesthesia. The facility is brand spanking new and beautiful. Lots of books and toys for kids to play with. After the procedure, they gave my son a popsicle and a gift bag. He loved both. My son is doing great, almost like nothing happened at all. Dr. Hanna Kim even called me a couple hours later just to check in. I can't believe the red carpet treatment I have received from this place. Also, this is the second pediatric dentist office that I took my son to. I took him to another place last week, not going to name the place b/c they were fine too, but I ended up at Dr. Sara's under recommendation of a friend. Dr. Sara's treatment plan was a lot more conservative than the other dentist (the other dentist planned on pulling four teeth, and Dr. Sara only pulled 2) and the out of pocket came out to a fraction of what it was going to cost at the other place. Also, Dr. Sara does not use any mercury in any of her fillings or other materials. This place is a parent's dream! Bella C. (June 2015)
