Our number one priority is to provide your child with the best treatment available. Our treatment recommendations are based on Guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Sara and her staff members will discuss the best treatment options with you. Our treatment coordinator will discuss the financial aspects of your child’s treatment and review your dental benefits if needed. We will then schedule an appointment to complete the treatment. Payment for the professional service is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We accept cash, debit cards and most major credit cards.

Dental Insurance

We believe every child deserves the best dental care possible. We participate with several dental insurances to help allow access for this care and will file dental insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. It is our goal to help you maximize insurance benefits, however you are fully responsible for your account regardless of what insurance will pay. Please make sure to update us on any insurance information or changes such as policy name, insurance company address or a change of employment so that your insurance information is up to date. Fees that we review are estimates only and are subject to revision. Treatment needs may need to be altered if your child’s dental needs change. You will be notified of any changes in treatment.

Failed Appointments and Late Cancellations

We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we request at least a 48 hour notice if you must reschedule an appointment. Cancellations of less than 48 hours notice or a failed appointment are subject to a missed appointment fee. Repeated instances may result in the dismissal from our practice. Thank you for your understanding with this.
