You see so many nice reviews and you think, surely, they must be paying these people to say such nice things, enthusiastically. NSPD is the real deal. Dr. Sara is a complete doll and her entire team are incredible. They make you feel like you are the only clients they have and sometimes you are the only one in the office, which is super nice. They ALL give extremely personalized, one on one service that I have NEVER had with a medical professional team in my life. Not like this. Just got an email about my son's follow up appointment, as it has been 6 months since we were there last. I have the same enthusiasm to say great things about this team now, as when I left 6 months ago from a special first experience. Thank you NSPD!
