My 18 month old chipped fell and chipped his front tooth and a friend recommended we go to Northstar to see Dr. Sara. Our experience was wonderful from the moment I got on the phone with the receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!). She was so articulate and warm on the phone, and I felt listened to and valued. I called first thing in the morning and we were able to get him an appointment the same day. When we arrived they had a balloon for him already blown up and the waiting area was clean and had plenty of toys to keep kiddos busy. It hardly felt like a dentist office at all. Both the receptionist and Dr. Sara introduced themselves to my little guy and were so friendly to him. They clearly know how to work with little ones. When we went back to the exam room, it was welcoming with bright colors and windows. Dr. Sara was great as she examined his mouth and made part of it into a game, but was at the same time very thorough. My son hardly made a fuss. Dr. Sara took her time explaining our course of action with his teeth and calmed any fears that I had. You can tell that she is very well educated and trained. On our way out they handed us a little bag with some tooth care goodies in it, made a follow up appointment and sent us on our way. As a Mom, it meant so much to me that my sons first experience at the dentist was positive. I can certainly say that of Dr. Sara and her team. 5 stars all the way!
