If anyone has been sick in the immediate family please let us know before the scheduled visit by calling the office or emailing. 425-481-7827 or office@northstarmillcreek.com

Reminder that we ask for only one parent/guardian and the child who is scheduled to come to the appointment.

When you arrive, please text 425-481-7827 from the parking lot and write the patients name.

Please wait to receive a return text from the North Star Team letting you know we are ready for your child’s appointment. Then meet us at the front door of the practice on the 2nd floor. This will be on your right when you walk up the stairs or exit the elevator.

We will then proceed to take both the parent/guardian and the patient’s temperature and ask you a series of screening questions. Please know these will be the same as the ones asked the day before. This is required and we appreciate your patience.

We will then take you to your child back for their appointment. If you need to check in with the front desk on any matter you may do so at this time.

You are welcome to come back with your child; however, we do encourage older children to come back on their own to help minimize extra people in the back office.
